These are 3 different plaques, years: 1965, 1967, 1968
These have been stored for a long time the brass parts are soiled tarnished the wood in areas has separated I was thinking possibly could inject glue in cracks and clamp it could possibly correct it not sure, these 3 awards will be disassembled in 3 pieces to reduce the dimensions
