Maker / Manufacturer:  CHICAGO METAL CRAFT, PORT CHICAGO ( San Francisco Bay Area).
An old NorCal hot rodder advised me that Chicago Metal Craft was the first to make RADIR MAG WHEELS and that their location was at a  U.S. Navy ammunition site.
