    Description

Antique conductors baton late 1800- 1920s family heirloom great great uncles!. This has been in my family for several Generations.
It has a good story behind it.This was my Great Great UncIe William's. He had an Orchestra/ band that played in NYC.
I grew up with a number of the band's musical instruments that my mother use to display around our home; a Cello, Viola, Mandolin, a silver trumpet with engraved design and a Violin along with his conductor's baton. The band was from  the late 1880s through 1920s. The tip of the Baton is wood and I believe it has a metal handle. It's not much to look at but if you're a collector it's a nice one to add to your collection with a story behind it.
