Antique Watch Chain w/Fob

Antique Watch Chain w/Fob.
For sale is a 18” gold filled (?) heavy watch chain with fob.
The fob has a 3” drop from a ring type clasp. Both sides of the chain are pictured. This would make a unique necklace . The fob appears to be a locket but I’m unable to open it. The front of the fob pictures a falling bird.
The entire piece weighs 55 grams. I don’t know the metal content but am guessing it is gold filled. A stunning piece of antique jewelry ! Thank you for having a look.
