Bracelet Torc Amethyst Brass,Copper, Sterling Silver?

I think this bracelet came from Nepal.
I have found a few similar ones on google.  The stones  appear to be
Amethyst
and Ruby.
It looks like a gold, but it isn't. It is a silver bracelet.  I don't know if it is real silver or not.
My thoughts are it is a
Brass, Copper, Silver Metal and it was made in Nepal.
It looks expensive, and it is heavy feeling.
