SHIPPING POLICY
1. We do not ship to PO Boxes.
2. We only offer domestic shipping, not including Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.
3. Every order greater than requires signature on delivery. If the customer doesn't want the signature
requirement on the order, please contact us before purchase.
4. Most of the shipping packages include an adult signature requirement (indirect signature). If the customer decides
not to require a signature; we would not be responsible for any of the situations when the delivered item was lost
or damaged. Moreover, the customer should contact the shipping company directly within 24 hours.
5. Your signature is a legal document agreeing that the items were delivered to you in good, undamaged condition.
Once this document has been signed, the shipping company is no longer responsible for any damage claim. Also,
we WILL NOT be able to replace the item or give a refund. So DO NOT sign for delivery until you have thoroughly
inspected all items for damage. Even if the packaging looks ok, the item could still be damaged during shipping.
6. If the package is returned to us from the shipping company because the following reasons:
(i)
the recipient wasn't present to sign for the package,
(ii)
unable to reschedule another shipping
(iii)
unable to pick up the package from the post office,
(iv)
unable to contact
(v)
package past the holding time(may differ according to shipping companies' policies) or
(vi)
customer refused the package without valid reason.
We will not ship again and will only refund the amount for the price of the item itself to the customer.
RETURN POLICY
1. Items are only eligible for return within 30 days of receive of delivery.
2. All returned items need to be in the original packaging and in original condition.
3. Full refunds are only available for items not fit due to our mistakes:
(i)
shipped wrong item,
(ii)
item defective or
(iii)
incorrect item description or image.
Except for the above three reasons, we do not offer any return shipping label. The customer needs to cover all
return shipping cost.
4. If the item is returned for any other reason not included in the three reasons on return policy 3, we will charge
restocking fee up to 20% of the item price itself. The shipping cost will not be refunded, return shipping cost need
to be covered by the customer.
5. The customer has to take responsibility for the item after signing for the package delivered. PLEASE CHECK THE
PART(S) BEFORE SIGNING.
6. Continue return policy 5; If the returned item got damaged or dented before our warehouse checks the returned
package, we will charge restocking fee according to the damage. We will notify the customer the final refund
amount after we receive and check the item.
