These promotional fake 20 dollars bills were shot out to the concert crowd during Destiny's Child Writings On The Wall 2000 tour.
These particular promo concert swag were given out when Destiny's Child headlined a Christina Aguilar concert at the North Island Credit Union Amphitheatre in Chula Vista California (Near San Diego) as both were just on the way up.
Bills themselves have slight wear and tear from 20 years in storage, but in like new shape otherwise.  See photos.
