It was created with fine detail and vivid colors.
This collectible painting is relatively large size.
It is about 20 inches tall and 15.8 inches wide.
It is painted on a heavy stock artist’s cardboard 1/8 inch thick.
The actual painting measures 14 1/4 by 12 3/8 inches.
Notice the ink lines and 4 taped markers for lining up the painting for photo copying.
I acquired the painting around 1970.
There is a card on the back from the Dolinar Studio Artwork & Photography, Temperance,
Michigan
.
I took this painting to the Antiques Roadshow in 2017.
They confirmed that it is a Disney Production Painting.
They appraised it from 0 to 0.
I am not sure if it was created for a cartoon or a publication.
Many books and comic books have been published featuring Huey, Dewey and Louie.
The painting is in very good condition.
The boarder has some light smudges that could be cleaned off.
The top edge of the board has evidence of some adhesive that was used to secure or display the painting from the top at some point.
The lower right hand corner has evidence of some pencil writing that was mostly erased at some point.
It may be the artist’s name or some identification of the picture.
