Factory sealed in its own separate box - see photos.

unit has a base that looks like this, it will work.
Comes with full instructions in multiple languages.
Put another cradle in a different location or replace the one you currently have.
Uber hard to find.
NOTE: due to the nation's health issues, item cannot be returned for (buyer's remorse) if factory packaging has been altered. So please make sure you want it before buying.
