Lionel Postwar #2531 Silver Dawn Illuminated Observation Car.  Excellent condition and in original boxes.  Not been professionally graded, but based on research, believe it to be in a C7 condition.  The locomotive box is approximately a P6/7 grade. Insert and paper sheet included.
