    Description

    This great Disney Original Production Cel features Ludwig Von Drake, with lipstick kisses residue on his head. The cel is loosely taped between mat/paper. This one level, 3 peg hole cel measures roughly 16" W X 12 1/2" H. The cel has gotten wavy; it has light scratches, very slight dimpling, very slight surface residue. Ludwig's image measures 7 1/2" W X 5" H at its widest points. The only production numbers at the bottom is the frame number, marked:  130 (the white that is visible is light reflecting, not on the cel)
