Musical Box Patented April 2/1925 Pre Antique. This exquisite piece according to the person I purchased it from was brought to the USA by her German grandfather after WWI and kept in her family for almost a full century. She told me that is sterling silver plated and has very distinctive art work around the belly of this beautiful piece. as well as being hand hammered. This musical box shaped like a cocktail shaker is one of a kind. The art work is unique and I personally have never seen one as gorgeous as this one.
