-  Approx. 3 15/16" wide x 4 1/8" tall keystone-shaped design, yellow-gold rolled-edge border with blue twill background.  Inner design features a yellow and light-blue ships wheel with all yellow-gold fish in center, blue "Asst. Exec. Director Waterways" on wheel.   In yellow-gold lettering reads "Pennsylvania Fish Commission" across top.   Has cloth lightly starched with gauze backing.  Mint condition, as shown!  Shipping & Handling is .00 within USA.
