-  Approx. 3 7/8" wide x 4" tall keystone-shaped design, yellow-gold
cut-edge
border with blue fine twill background.  Inner design features a yellow and light-blue ships wheel with all yellow-gold fish in center, blue "Waterways Patrolman" on wheel .   In yellow-gold lettering reads "Pennsylvania Fish Commission" across top.   Has cloth lightly starched with gauze backing.  Mint condition, as shown!  Shipping & Handling is .00 within USA.
