Pennsylvania Fish Commission Waterways Patrolman (Keystone Design) Patch
-  Approx. 4" wide x 3 15/16" tall keystone-shaped design, yellow-gold rolled-edge border with blue fine twill background.  Inner design features a yellow and light-blue ships wheel with all yellow-gold fish in center, blue "Waterways Patrolman" on wheel .   In thick yellow-gold lettering reads "Pennsylvania Fish Commission" across top.   Has cloth with gauze backing.  Appears unsewn but has been glued to paper and partial residue exists   (No affect on front), so calling it used condition, as shown!  Shipping & Handling is .00 within USA.
