This Production cel and production background, comprises 3 pieces of artwork. The hand painted original production cel, Signed by Stan Lee. Over a 2 part production background of a painted cel overlay of the details of the room. And a hand painted Colored background set behind the cel overlay of the room. Very typical economical set-up of this time and money saving era in hand drawn animation. Cels and background have 3 punch hole registration. This piece is from a Guest Appearance of Spider-man on the first episode of Spider-woman, from 1979. Spider-man features Yellow Eyes. This series featured Spider-woman mostly Spider-woman. So this makes
the
appearance of the character very RARE. This even pre-dates Spider-man and His Amazing Friends.

I think out guy looks better here, then in Avengers Age of Ultron. But I can’t wait for Ant Man.
