Vintage Brown Art Deco Sierra Bakelite Round Hole Switch plate Cover W/ Rare Cap. Shipped with USPS First Class. I have no idea what the cap is for but it may be seen in the pictures it kind of has a Jim appearance but it is plastic or it appears to be plastic to me. I don't think it's glass. I do not know what it was originally for. Perhaps it was just too tap it so as to cover a electrical switch that was no longer in use. I do not see a name on the cap itself. Please use the pictures that help determine the condition of this item. I'm selling this item as is. It shows signs of use and age and there is painted on it and is scratched. I do not see any cracks in it but that does not mean that none exist but now that you mention it there might be a crack just above and probably just below the mounting screw holes and they met just B stress fractures.
