Xcel Hooded Scuba / Snorkeling Vest

Description

Xcel wetsuit vest. Black with blue inside. (The black spots on the blue are not holes or tears, just spots). No rips or holes that I can see. Not sure of size, (probably a medium). I took some measurements: Across chest at bottom of armhole, 32". From bottom of hood opening down to bottom, 27-3/4". From neck seam to bottom, 21-3/4". We think it's a 5 mm. See last picture.
